Shipping Policy

  • EACH ORDER TAKES 28 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS DUE TO THE FACT THAT EACH ONE IS HANDMADE, INFUSED WITH ENERGY AND INTENTIONS AND CHARGED ON OUR WORKING ALTAR DURING CEREMONIAL RITUAL
  • AFTER THE 28TH BUSINESS. DAY YOU WILL RECEIVE A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL WHICH WILL HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER.
  • A PICKUP IS THEN SCHEDULED WITH UPS/USPS FOR THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY. 
  • SHIPPING TIME FOR APPAREL IS DIFFERENT  & FASTER THAN THAT OF INTENTION OILS & MAGICKAL MISTS. YOUR T-SHIRT WILL BE SHIPPED FIRST IN A SEPARATE SHIPMENT. PROCESSING TIME IS 5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR T-SHIRTS ONLY!!!
  • PLEASE ALLOW 24-48 HOURS FOR YOUR TRACKING NUMBER TO. SHOW MOVEMENT IN THE UPS/USPS TRACKING SYSTEM AFTER PICKUP.
  • Please keep in mind that once a label is created it simply means the label was created. It does not mean that your order was shipped as the label creation is part of the 28 business days. It may take a couple days for you to see the package being scanned.

Shipping times can vary by 2-3 additional days depending on increased orders and high demand. Please text (912-499-0850) to get an exact date on when your order will be shipped out. You will receive a text back within 48 hours. 

For international sales, unless you specify otherwise, items are shipped First Class International mail.

We are not responsible for items that get held in customs on international deliveries. Please contact your country's customs office. 

Q: Why is my order still in "Pre-shipment"?

A: Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order in. This does not mean your order is lost, it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days to a week. Please only contact us about this if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment.


Q: MY TRACKING INFORMATION SAYS "DELIVERED" BUT MY PACKAGE IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND!

A: Please contact USPS/UPS/FedEx/DHL directly for this! 

 

 

Due to the nature of how conjure works, one can not always guarantee results. All items are sold as a curio onIy.

We are not responsible for any given outcome or result.

More importantly, please seek appropriate counsel when it comes to any health or legal issue.

 

Returns 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.   

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.  

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Naima@ggconjure.com

Shipping 

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 101 Spring Lakes Dr, #805, Savannah, GA 31407

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
